A 70 m² through-apartment on the second floor of a noble 18th-century building.
Fully renovated in 2012, it has been stylishly furnished and decorated.
It combines the typical style of Bordeaux buildings, with high ceilings and high-quality original features, while being furnished in a perfectly harmonious contemporary spirit. A large, very quiet bedroom overlooking the inner courtyard, a sunny living room with a small balcony, a modern, fully equipped high-end kitchen (Nespresso, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, oven, microwave...). Large living/dining room, equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, CD player, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. This is a perfect place to discover Bordeaux and its region.
All amenities are in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, museums, cinemas, and the magnificent Grand Théâtre. You will also find on-site guides with many unusual addresses.
The tourist office is within walking distance, where you will find plenty of information to organize your visits to vineyards or UNESCO-listed monuments. 2 nights minimum Non-smoking Tourist tax: according to rates adopted by the Bordeaux City Hall https://taxedesejour.bordeaux-metropole.fr/

Perfect location in the heart of Bordeaux - pretty much a 20 minute walk to all of downtown. Apartment was actually a pleasant surprise - very comfortable and well appointed - comfortable furniture. The bathroom was another surprise with a large shower.

Merci pour ce lieu superbe. Pour le goût et les espaces. C’est très agréable de séjourner dans un lieu comme le vôtre. Pas de IKEA. Que du beau et bon. Merci
