Our cozy and well-maintained non-smoking holiday home (approx. 68 m²) is solidly built on one level and is only 5 minutes from the sea. It is habitable all year round and is located in a prime position in the "Aida Holiday Park" in front of the dike of the North Sea resort Tossens.
Your dogs (max. 2) are very welcome, fees apply. It features one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a children's room with a bunk bed and a single bed with TV and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a washing machine with dryer function, as well as a spacious living/dining area with a generous sofa and television, and a modern, well-equipped eat-in kitchen (tableware and cookware, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, Senseo pad and filter coffee machine). A retrofitted and regularly serviced gas boiler serves as the heat source.
The gas heating makes the house habitable all year round.
A spacious terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace are located on the approximately 200m² property, which is fully fenced and can also be used as a sunbathing lawn.
An outdoor grill is available for barbecuing.
Bed linen, towels, a travel cot, and a high chair can be rented from our property management for a fee. The beach is within walking distance.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
A parking space is available directly in front of the house, as well as an additional parking space in the large car park, which is just a few steps away.
A damage deposit of €100.00 will be charged and is usually refunded no later than 14 days after departure.

Ein moderne Küche.Mega Matratzen und alles sehr geräumig. Parkplatz am Haus. Eingezäunter Garten perfekt für unsere Hunde.
WLAN hat bei mir nicht funktioniert was aber nicht schlimm war.
Das Haus war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
