Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. **Unit Description** The modern kitchen in the chalet is equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker.

Cutlery and cookware are sufficiently available. The living room features a pull-out sofa with a 65-inch flat-screen TV and a soundbox. The two bedrooms are equipped with round log beds (2m x 2m) and Mako satin bed linen. Our bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, a separate vanity table, a hairdryer, as well as towels and toilet paper. The Chalet Arberschlössl offers an indoor sauna with sauna towels, bathrobes, and various sauna aromas for the infusions. The approximately 50 sqm covered sun terrace offers a heated whirlpool and a lounge seating area with an outdoor grill. On an approximately 2000 sqm property with two separate driveways, each guest enjoys maximum privacy. A small welcome package with sparkling wine, fresh eggs from our "chicken girls," and homemade jam is our way of welcoming our guests to a cozy holiday at Chalet Arberschlössl. **Conditions/Extras** Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Departure is possible between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement. Key handover will be done in person on-site in Treisnach.

You will receive the exact address after successful booking. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot/extra bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). A roll service is available upon request. The basic price includes towels, bed linen, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and a parking space. Shopping facilities are approximately 3 km away.
