Host Information Our Maisonette apartment "Seeblick" is located on the upper and top floors of our historic winemaker's house.

It offers a fantastic view over the rooftops towards the castle, the lake, and the historic lower town from the kitchen and the small covered balcony, as well as from the TV corner one floor higher. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast or a meal.

The bedroom on the lower level is small, cozy, and quiet.

Adjacent to it is the small, modern shower room. On the upper level is the sofa and TV area, and opposite, in an open space, are two additional beds.

This is where your (not too small) children can set up camp and make themselves comfortable. Our house is located in the quiet and idyllic medieval Winzergasse (winemaker's alley), directly opposite the castle.

It offers a magnificent view to the southwest across the lake towards Mainau Island, the picturesque lower old town around Steigstrasse, and down to the ferry port over the former vineyard of the Prince-Bishop (now a small park).

However, within just 20 meters, you are in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the old town, with its restaurants, wine taverns, cafés, and shops.

All the sights of the old town (Palace, Castle, Droste-Hülshoff cottage, ...), the lakeside promenade, the outdoor pool, and the beautiful thermal spa are quickly reachable on foot.

For trips by ferry or the excursion boats of the "weiße Flotte" (white fleet), and for your shopping needs (supermarket, bakery, post office, savings bank, pharmacy, organic shop, ...), you can gladly leave your car parked – all destinations are conveniently reachable on foot in just a few minutes. Our parking lot is a 5-minute walk away.

Loading and unloading in front of the house is possible. Parking is free. In our nearby garage, we offer a space for your bicycles and e-bikes (charging possible), as well as your bike racks, for a small fee. Meersburg is the ideal starting point for a Lake Constance vacation.

By car, bike, or the numerous ships that operate from here, you can conveniently explore the "3 Länder Eck" (three-country corner) as well as the picturesque hinterland of Linzau and Hegau.

Meersburg itself is a beautiful little town; due to its hillside location, medieval buildings, warm climate, and beautiful lakeside promenade, it is reminiscent of Italy.

Good Baden cuisine and excellent local wine complete the experience. Please note, however: our house is very old, narrow, and low in some places. The staircase is narrow. In the Maisonette apartment "Seeblick" (3rd and 4th floor), there are also stairs, so small children must be supervised particularly closely here. On the day of departure, the units must be vacated by 10 AM. Free cancellation is possible up to 8 weeks before arrival; thereafter, 100% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fees. A deposit of 20% of the total price is required immediately after booking.

Directions Coming from the B31, take the Meersburg exit and follow the signs to the old town. The Winzerhäusle is located at Winzergasse 18, right in the old town of Meersburg.

After approximately 800m, you will reach a traffic light; turn left into the old town here.

Please drive past the "Anlieger frei" (access for residents only) sign into the pedestrian zone and immediately take the first very small alley on the right (not the parking lot on the right), Winzergasse, after about 20m.
