You will receive a guest card from us. With the guest card, you get more out of your vacation. WLAN is available and included. Payment is due immediately after booking, by bank transfer. A prepayment of 20% may be charged after booking. In case of cancellation by the guest, the following cancellation fees apply: free of charge up to 51 days before arrival.
Up to 50 days before arrival 15%, 49 – 30 days 50%, and from 29 days before the day of arrival, 80% of the rental price is due, otherwise 100%. The cancellation costs are payable 14 days after written notification of cancellation. Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Departure is possible until 10:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement. For bookings by construction workers, fitters, or comparable professional groups, an additional cleaning fee of €20.00 will apply. Key handover will be done in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor's tax of €3.00 per person (from 6 years €1.50)/night will be charged additionally on site. If you prefer to travel by train, you can reach the holiday apartment using the "Wilde Zicke" tram within 3 stops.

Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit bequemen Möbel eingerichtet. Der Empfang sehr freundlich und zur Begrüßung gab es einen sehr leckeren Weißwein aus der Gegend. Im Bad war eine Grundausstattung vorhanden, in der Küche ein kleiner Geschirrspüler verfügbar. Toller Service insgesamt.
