About 1500 metres from the house, there is a go-kart track. - A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 16:00 to 20:00) and check-out (from 8:30 to 10:00).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late arrivals with prior notice (from 20:00 to 24:00). - A signature of the relevant rental contract in Italian will be requested upon arrival. - Visitor's tax is not included in the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. - Linen not included (towels and sheets): rental costs euro 20 per person per week. - In case of failure to dispose of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be deducted from the deposit. - If the kitchenette or dishes are not cleaned, a penalty of 40 euros will be deducted from the deposit. - Air conditioning only in the room on the first floor. - For safety reasons, it is forbidden to access the main terrace from the first floor room. - The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep.
