Friendly bed and breakfast / apartment house in Unterburg, only a 3-minute drive from Lake Klopein.
Central location in the village – no traffic noise! Good panoramic views and close to the forest (Georgiberg). Café, restaurant, wine tavern, riding stable, and dance school in close proximity. We rent out rooms with breakfast or holiday apartments for 2 to 6 people, some with a separate or integrated kitchen-living area. (Each bedroom has its own shower/WC, satellite TV, and balcony!) Additional rooms are sometimes available.
Bread roll service for holiday apartments is possible. Children's discounts in the parents' room (age-dependent – please inquire). We also offer parking, a sunbathing lawn, a covered garden seating area, and a lockable bicycle garage (charging facilities). Motorcyclists are welcome! Final cleaning for holiday apartments is charged based on estimated time required (€25/hour). If the holiday apartment is left in a very tidy condition, the final cleaning costs may be waived. The prices listed for apartments/holiday apartments are for families with children. Prices for holiday apartments or group rates for more than 2 adults are available upon request. Youth groups CANNOT be accommodated! Discounts may be available upon request for stays of 10 days or longer. Final cleaning for holiday apartments is charged based on estimated time required (minimum €25/hour). If the holiday apartment is left in a very tidy condition, the cleaning fee may be waived. Pets (especially dogs) are NOT allowed. Check-in is regularly from 2:00 PM until approximately 11:00 PM. (For late arrivals, please inform us of your planned arrival time.)
