In a prime location in the seaside resort of Bansin, directly on the pier, you will find the stylish Villa Meereswoge.
From this starting point, you can reach the beach, promenade, shops, and restaurants within a few steps. Apartment number 5 offers an unparalleled sea view across 80 square meters of living space.
Enjoy the fabulous atmosphere from the apartment's balcony with a shared breakfast.
The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.
And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can dine wonderfully in the loggia or watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade and the beach. Thanks to a tasteful combination of classic furniture with modern design elements, you will feel right at home here.
In the living room, in addition to the loggia with a dining table, there is a stylish leather sofa, an armchair, and a large flat-screen TV with a sound system.
The spaciousness of the separate kitchen ensures a pleasant cooking experience – even on vacation.
You will find important kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
If you prefer to eat your meals in the kitchen, you will also find a small dining table here and an additional high chair for young visitors. A comfortable double bed in the bedroom ensures restful sleep.
Your vacation wardrobe will find space in the wardrobe, and a baby cot is also part of the inventory.
Take a closer look at the wardrobe – another TV is hidden here.
This allows you to watch TV directly from bed. In the daylight bathroom, you will find a toilet, sink, bathtub, and shower.
This allows you to use the bathroom according to your own preferences.
Further amenities include a small heated towel rail and your own washing machine, which you can use freely. A car can be parked in the assigned parking space at the house.
WLAN is available free of charge.
There is a lockable bicycle storage room in the villa.
There is no elevator in the house.
Neither the house nor the apartment are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Pets are not allowed here.
