Enjoy an action-packed holiday in the Mont Blanc Valley at any time of year! This stylish contemporary apartment sleeps up to 7 people in comfort. On the ground floor, with a spacious private terrace and panoramic mountain views, it is the ideal holiday home for families or friends.
The beamed, open-plan living area, is full of light thanks to the large glass doors which open onto the terrace. Wood-panelled walls give the room a cosy, alpine feel. The seating area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, electric organ and a flat-screen TV. The dining space is on the other side of the room, next to the kitchen. The wooden table seats 6 and is adjacent to the wooden breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the rest of the room. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee machine.
The partly shaded terrace is furnished with a dining table for meals in the fresh mountain air as well as deckchairs for guests to relax in the sun. The residence also has an open shared garden.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is panelled with pale wood with a contemporary double bed, extensive storage and an attractive en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Another cosy wood-lined bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: This third bedroom has a bunk bed with a chest of drawers.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom 1: En suite to the master bedroom this tiled bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

The apartment is in the village of Montroc, close to the popular resort of Argentière, near the ski lifts, shuttle buses and pistes. For beginners, the slopes at La Vormaine are just a 3-minute drive. For more experienced skiers, the Tour Col de Balme slopes are also close by. Some of the higher slopes around Argentière offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May.
During the summer the valley is packed with activities from hiking and mountain biking to mountaineering, horse riding, white-water rafting, tennis and golf.
Argentière (4 minutes drive) has many of the amenities that visitors need, including restaurants and a supermarket. The weekly market, where you can find the very best local ingredients, takes place every Sunday morning.
All the facilities of the Mont Blanc Valley are on your doorstep. There are free train services on the Mont Blanc Express from Montroc le Planet station (6-minute walk), so visitors can explore the whole Mont Blanc valley.
