In this beautiful wooded garden, you will find the necessary furniture for your outdoor meals and for resting or reading a good book.
A barbecue awaits you for preparing delicious grilled dishes. With a surface area of 65 m², the house consists of a kitchen-dining room, equipped with a gas stove (bottles), a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Malongo Espresso coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. Next, you enter the large TV lounge, ideal for relaxing while watching a good movie or for cheering during sports events.
You will also find board games there. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first has a Queen size bed (160x200) and the second has a double bed and a queen-size bed. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, a sink, a toilet, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. For added comfort, the house has a storage room that can accommodate 6 bicycles.
A cycle path runs directly in front of the house gate. For the little ones, you will find a baby cot, a high chair, and a stroller. It is also possible to park up to three vehicles on the property. Séjour très agréable. La maison est spacieuse , propre et idéalement placée dans un quartier calme proche des plages et commerces. L’ équipe d Hoomy est parfaite , Olivier notre concierge est au top!!!! Très bon accueil .

Maison agréable avec un grand jardin entièrement clôturé que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nos 2 toutous aussi!La maison reste fraîche malgré les températures élevées. Les photos sont plutôt fidèles, parfait si vous ne recherchez pas la modernité absolue et les dernières modes. Idéalement située au milieu du bassin, à 45m de la dune ou de cap ferret. Bon séjour!
