The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils) and dining table; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - BALCONY furnished with a small table and deck chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, heating and air conditioning through a split A/C unit (one unit for the entire space), drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: Heating is provided through the split A/C unit, which serves the entire space. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day.
