🌿 Private Garden with Pond – A peaceful outdoor space, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation
The back garden includes a shallow unfenced pond in the garden, so extra care and supervision are required, particularly with young children.
Please be aware our garden is professionally maintained on a regular schedule, this may sometimes overlap with guest stays as such someone may need to access the grounds area during your stay. They won’t need to enter the house or disturb you, and the work should be quick and unobtrusive
House & grounds
Property is professionally managed.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.
The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.

- 🚗 Free On-Site Parking – Hassle-free parking for a stress-free stay
- Guests will have full access to the entire property but not the garage.
- Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
- Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
