Location: Gaschurn. The mountain hut is situated at an altitude of 1200 metres in a quiet, sunny hillside location on the upper edge of the village. Ski run from and to the house if there is enough snow. Marvellous view over Gaschurn and the Silvretta group. Village centre 1.9 km. Gondola station 1.4 km.
House: Characteristic Montafon farmhouse with sauna. 9-room house with 185 square metres of living space. Typical farmhouse atmosphere with wood panelling in all rooms (partially restricted headroom). Central heating. Ski/boot room. Balcony. Car access up to 30 m, car park 50 m.
Parterre: Hallway. Typical Montafon parlour with dining table. Living room with seating area, satellite TV. Farmhouse kitchen with oven, dishwasher. Large bathroom: sauna, 2 showers, 2 baths. Separate WC.
1st floor: 1-bed room. Double room. 2-bed room with bunk bed. 3-bed room with double bed, single bed. Bathroom: shower, 2 bath, washing machine. Separate WC.
2nd floor: attic with sloping ceilings: 3 double bedrooms. Bathroom with Wb, WC.
