Villa Paloma is a cozy and spacious villa, perfect for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and leisure time in the Algarve.
The house begins with the living room, a bright and inviting space, ideal for relaxing with family or friends, with a harmonious connection to the dining area for shared moments.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one en-suite double bedroom with a bathtub.
On this floor, there is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring practicality and comfort for all guests.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one en-suite double bedroom with a bathtub and one en-suite bedroom with two single beds, also with a bathtub, providing privacy and rest on a more secluded floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped and independent, allowing for practical and comfortable meal preparation throughout your stay.
Outdoors, the villa offers a private pool, which can be used as a heated pool (additional cost), accompanied by a barbecue area for outdoor dining.
For moments of fun, there is also a ping pong table and snooker, making the space ideal for entertainment for the whole family.
Villa Paloma is located in a quiet area, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and leisure options in Albufeira.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For your convenience, food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we will be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 10 guests.
From the 11th to the 14th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applied.
