It has 7 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large swimming pool, gardens and a large outdoor leisure area with a magnificent outdoor kitchen, two barbecues (charcoal and gas) gas fire and two additional fires special paella.

MAIN FLOOR

Main entrance very spacious and bright leading to the rest of the rooms (all with air conditioning except the bathroom):

KITCHEN: Independent kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances, oven, dishwasher, two washing machines and a dryer, thermos, and a complete set of household utensils. Table and chairs/benches to enjoy your breakfasts for up to eight people.

LIVING ROOM: Large independent living room with TV with international channels, sofa and comfortable armchairs. Large extendable table to enjoy delicious group meals.

From the lounge there is access to the outdoor area with the large terrace and sun loungers, gardens and swimming pool.

BEDROOM: Spacious bedroom with double bed of 1.40m, fitted wardrobes in the corridor leading to it, and direct access to the beautiful garden area, swimming pool and sun loungers.

Through the imposing staircase we access the first floor with the following distribution:

MASTER BEDROOM: Spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It has a double bed of 1.60m. TV (Netflix) and a large dressing room, in addition to the many wardrobes it has. Air conditioning. Private terrace with armchairs and side table, with wonderful views of the pool and garden area.

BEDROOM 5: With a large single bed of 1.05m, bedside tables, wooden bench in classic Spanish style, and large windows with Venetian blinds offering unobstructed views of the main entrance to the house and its gardens.

BEDROOM 6: Comprising 1.40m double bed, air-conditioning, and hanger-cabinet shelving.


BEDROOM 7: Consists of 2 double beds of 1.40 m, air conditioning and comfortable additional sofa (not bed) Ideal for groups or families.

BATHROOM: Full bathroom with bathtub and towel warmer.

On this floor there is also a bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a full wooden cot.

In the corner space under the staircase there is a cosy play area for the little ones, various board games, toys and a portable children's teepee style tent.



EXTERIOR

The exterior of the villa is a true oasis of relaxation and entertainment. You will be able to enjoy a huge garden with a magnificent swimming pool and a large terrace with sun loungers, hammocks and tables.

Also, we find one of the areas that we are sure you will enjoy the most with family and friends. Outdoor kitchen and dining room. Large table with capacity for 12 people next to a large high table with capacity for 5 more people.

Full outdoor kitchen, 2 barbecues (charcoal and gas), gas fire and two additional special paella fires. Plus a fridge so you can enjoy your favourite refreshing drinks.

BATHROOM: To make your stay even more enjoyable and comfortable, the house has a full bathroom with shower, near the swimming pool.

Up the beautiful stone stairs at the back of the pool and in front of the hammock area, there is an orchard with various fruit trees, avocado, apple, pear, loquats, oranges and lemons.

The villa offers private parking (not covered) with ample capacity for three cars, as well as more than enough space outside the house.
