Welcome to this fantastic property in Los Gigantes! This bright and spacious semi-detached house is located in the coastal village of Los Gigantes, in a very quiet residential area. It stands out for its breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera, as well as for the most beautiful sunsets of Tenerife. From the entrance terrace you enter the spacious and cosy living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Two large glass doors offer a panoramic view and access to the terrace of about 30 m2. A dining table, a barbecue, 2 sun loungers and an umbrella offer many moments of relaxation with mild temperatures all year round. WIFI and TV are available for our guests. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with cleaning utensils. A staircase leads to the upper floor. There you will find the spacious master bedroom with air conditioning, private terrace with sea view, two bathrooms with bathtub and one of them with additional shower. At the end of the corridor there is another bedroom with air conditioning. The urbanisation has a children's playground, 2 communal swimming pools and a children's pool with sun terrace and sun loungers, which although not heated, can be used all year round due to the warm temperatures in the south. The urbanisation is very quiet, and there is usually parking on the street. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
