Two-storey holiday villa with furnished garden, in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the sea The 80 sqm villa is located in a reserved area of terraced villas, in a quiet area, 50 metres from the sea with sandy beach.
The garden is equipped with tables and chairs, rocking chair, sun lounger and deck chairs. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a barbecue and sheltered by a canopy for pleasant convivial moments in the open air in total relaxation.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, sofa, dining table and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a utility room. On the first floor the master bedroom overlooks the balcony, then there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub. The rooms are all equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and TV.
Santa Severa is a delightful seaside resort to the north of Rome at Km 64 of the Via Aurelia. It is easily reached by public transport and by car: - Motorway A/12 Rome - Civitavecchia exit Santa Severa - Santa Marinella - Tyrrhenian railway line, S. Severa station - Cotral line stop S. Severa Santa Severa, strategically located in the centre of Tuscia, offers numerous destinations of cultural interest nearby. A few kilometres away from Santa Severa are: - The CASTLE of Santa Severa, one of the most evocative places in Latium, a landing place already in Etruscan times and in Roman times, located along the Tyrrhenian coast north of Rome, it is a heritage of inestimable value, a venue for events in every season.
