Grand Sapphire Resort is one of the most sort after and popular Resorts in Yeni Iskele, Northern Cyprus. This is a up and coming area, with new hotels, bars and restaurants popping up everywhere. Our lovely Luxury self catering apartment is located on the high floor, (15+), in the Residential part of the Resort. This stylish two bedroomed apartment which has direct sea views from the balcony, that can sleep up to 6 guests,(2 guest sleeps on the sofa bed located in the lounge area, more suitable for children), is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. Short walk to the beachfront for all the family to enjoy a great day out swimming. Use of Hotel indoor pool and Gym, Hotel Casino with Spa, ( some facilities and treatments onsite at extra cost, ask at reception). Hotel Golf buggies can take you to the local beachfront and bring you back at no extra cost or just take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the views of the local area.
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and free internet access.
This is a two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment which contains a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. Sofa bed is located in lounge area. Sleeps 1 guest. No additional guests will be allowed and beds only prepared for number of guests arriving.
Separate family shower room which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower, plus master bedroom has en-suite shower room and walking wardrobe.
Hot water switch located under fuse box near the front door. Turn switch on next to it and press buttons for however long you will need your hot water on for. This may need to be done more than once throughout the day for continuous supply of hot water.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. All linen and towels are counted at the beginning and end of your stay, any missing or damaged items will be charged for at cost of replacement. Our towels are not to be taken for use in the pools. Bring your own beach towels.

There is free parking at Grand Sapphire Resort. Park in any available space near to A Block, after the Hotel.
If hiring a car, let us know your number plate and we can grant you access to the parking areas. House Rules: -Primary guest who booked is responsible to ensure all guests staying in our homes are aware of our house rules. Our home is offered for family bookings only. No Stag groups or Hen groups. -Security Deposit is required to be paid to the host when requested, if not already taken by the booking channel at time of reservation. Failure to pay the Security Deposit when requested by the owner may result in your booking being impacted and your dates offered to other guests. We reserve the right to make a claim from your deposit for any damages/missing items, (especially our towels). Housekeeper checks the property before and after your stay. Lift pass is required to access your floor. If you are arriving during the day we can arrange for a lift pass to be given to you. If you are arriving in the early hours, then unfortunately you will have to purchase your own pass at reception on arrival. Our lift pass must be returned to us on departure date, otherwise you will be charged for cost of replacement at €30 taken out of your deposit. Leave it in the apartment and take a picture and send it to us, so the housekeeper can find it easily on your departure date. Check-in time is after 15.00pm check-out is 11.00am. Failure to check out on time can interrupt the preparation for our next guests, so it is very important to check out on time. SmartLock entry. A code will be sent to you one day before your arrival. Smartlock code is time sensitive. Smoking is not allowed. Please only smoke on the balcony areas only. Noise levels to be kept to a minimal at all times. Strictly No Parties. Personal items not to be left in the communal areas. (shoes, buggies, trash etc). Your trash is to be disposed of in the trash area located on each floor, which is located opposite the white lift area. -The Cleaning fee charged is for the cleaning before your arrival/departure date and not during your stay. Extra cleaning may be requested and paid for during your stay and is subject to availability. Cost to be confirmed at time of booking or ask at reception. Pets are NOT allowed at this property, so leave your pets at home. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and our house rules must be adhered to at all times.
