We have just been warmly welcomed by the owner of the holiday home "Sonnenweg 15". She presents the newly built and freshly furnished home with joy and a little pride.

In the spacious entrance area, you immediately notice the quality of the materials and furnishings, which accompany you through the entire property with an assured sense of style.

A guest WC with shower is located on the level of the entrance area, which immediately gives the impression of a wellness oasis.

Straight ahead, the wide glass door provides a view of the living/dining area with adjoining terrace.

Through the floor-to-ceiling window elements, the view sweeps far over the North Hessian mountains right down to Lake Diemelsee.

Great(!), this cloudscape, which is constantly changing, driven by the wind, and lets your thoughts wander.

Welcome to your holiday! It smells of coffee.

The owner has brought cake from her favourite bakery.

Delicious! From the dining table, we ponder which spot offers the best view and when it will finally stop raining so we can sit on the fantastic terrace.

Life takes place on this level.

There are board games, a large flatscreen TV, a top-of-the-range stereo system and a super-comfortable sofa area.

My favourite spot would probably be the armchair, which can be turned in all directions.

A glance at the kitchen area raises the question: Tassimo for a little coffee treat in between or would you prefer a filter coffee? Either way, both are possible here.

Needless to say, the kitchen is equipped with every conceivable appliance and accessory to prepare small and large culinary delights.

Incidentally, the owner has placed the self-designed electric fireplace in the centre of the room, which looks deceptively real and creates a cosy atmosphere at the touch of a button.

But now let's quickly get the photo equipment out of the car, which fortunately is parked right outside the door.

The parking space belongs to the property and can normally only be used by holiday guests.

Of course, you can also arrive by bike.

A lockable bicycle shed is available for this purpose.

Back through the entrance area, we now descend a flight of stairs.

Wow (!) there is even a stair gate for the little holidaymakers.

Speaking of little guests...

A washing machine, tumble dryer, fold-out changing unit, high chair and baby travel cot are available for a real family holiday.

But now let's take a look at the bathroom... sauna, bathtub, rain shower and Kneipp hose.

Super well thought out and designed with great attention to detail.

There's even a radio.

And the bedrooms? There are three of them.

All of them have a wonderful box-spring bed in firmness levels H2 and H3, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake, a TV and a large wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. Welcome to the QUARTIERFREUND family! This property is ideally equipped for a wonderfully relaxing holiday and a short break from everyday life.
