This bright and modern holiday flat is located in the sought-after holiday region of Cala Fornells-Paguera in the south-west of the island. Enjoy a fantastic sea view from the terrace and almost all rooms, over the roofs of the complex. The flat offers an open-plan, light-flooded living and dining area with an adjoining, modern kitchen. From the living room, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead to the spacious 35 m² terrace, which is partially covered and offers pleasant shade even on hot days. Here you can relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the Mediterranean flair. The sea view through the houses of the complex and the lush vegetation is always impressive. Two separate dining areas in the covered area invite you to start the day with a cosy breakfast and end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. The bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed, also offers a beautiful partial sea view through the grounds. A staircase takes you to the lower end of the complex, where you will find the communal pool with adjoining restaurant. From there you have access to the sea, which is accessible via a ladder, as well as to further sun terraces. The complex has a total of three restaurants, a small grocery shop and an ice cream parlour (partially open in winter). Beach lovers will get their money's worth in Paguera, where there are beautiful sandy beaches and a small bay with a pebble beach in Cala Fornells. All places are within easy walking distance, as is the centre of Paguera with its numerous restaurants, cafés and shops.

For stays of more than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is required. This is 75 euros and will be charged automatically.
