- The flat is rented complete for exclusive use of guests.


- The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

- The property can only accommodate the number of people on the booking and no more people can be staying/visiting at the same time at the property.



Check-in
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years.

- It is compulsory for all guests to present a legal official identity document (ID card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

- Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00 : Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Out of hours check-in option with safety deposit box in the office free of charge.



- No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the booking will be made.



- Payment of tourist tax obligatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning: The property must be properly picked up, dishes cleaned and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged from the security deposit.



IMPORTANT:In properties that accept pets, pet owners must take care to pick up after them and clean up urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.




Beach towels are not provided.



Keys
- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100 euros per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys.


- Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to the technician's rate to be paid on site to the technician.




Rules
- Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and especially not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



- No parties or celebrations are allowed in the property.



- Pets are welcome in this property.



- Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) cannot be held responsible for theft or burglary of the property or any loss during your stay.
