Cocoonr is offering this former farmhouse, renovated in 2023, with open-air swimming pool and multi-sports pitch, for rent.
Situated on the hillsides of Toulouse, in the middle of sunflower fields, you'll enjoy enchanting peace and quiet and uninterrupted views as far as the Pyrenees.
With a floor area of 285 m², this house can sleep up to 11 people and comprises a lovely 36 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 3,000 m².
The accommodation is arranged as follows: Ground floor: - A 36 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, large dining table, fireplace, etc. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A first bedroom with twin beds forming a king-size bed (180×200) and a small wash-hand basin. - A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a private washbasin area - A third bedroom with a single bed (90x200) - A shower room with walk-in shower and WC - A bathroom with bath and WC - A laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line, iron, etc.
First floor: - A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an extendable sofa bed - A 32 m² master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a large work desk - A shower room with walk-in shower and WC - A games room with library, TV, DVD player, board games, Playmobil, etc. - A large room under the roof with a table tennis table Outside, you'll find - A private swimming pool (8mx4m), unheated, open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 October and protected by a secure cover and anti-drowning alarm system. - A beautiful 3,000 m² partially fenced garden - A 70 m² terrace with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather - An adjoining 20 m² veranda with uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside - A multi-sport tennis court and a gate with two swings complete the outdoor area.
The house is ideally located in Belbèze-de-Lauragais, in a very peaceful setting, just 5 minutes from Montgiscard, a typical village with its bell tower and Sunday market, where you will find a wide range of shops and services, as well as a shopping centre.
Activities : The region lends itself to many sporting and recreational activities: visits to the cities of Toulouse (30min) and Carcassonne (50min), bike rides along the Canal du Midi, mountain hikes (the Pyrenees are an hour's drive away), etc.
Access : Two entrances with remote-controlled gates, give access to the property with space to park several vehicles, in addition to the double garage with electric car connection.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage, which can accommodate two medium-sized vehicles, or in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau SNCF station, about 35 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport is about a 30-minute drive away.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).

Montillet We had an amazing stay. With 3 busy boys it was great as it has an outdoor sports pitch as well as table tennis which kept them very entertained. My youngest son loved the toys in the playroom. And the swimming pool was great. A relaxing break for families. Accommodation had everything that you needed. The electric car charger in the garage was great too. An amazing holiday.
