Location & surroundings
The flat is ideally located in Flumet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
In winter, the Diamant ski area, with its 170 km of pistes, offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing... But there are plenty of other activities too, including themed trails and orienteering courses, and last but not least, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot-air balloon ride!
In summer, you can explore the hiking trails, enjoy a swim on the beach at the Flumet lake, go trail running or climbing at the Carrière site, or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh, local produce direct from the producers: milk, cheese, meat, etc. You can even make your own Reblochon!
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the numbered parking space outside the flat. There is also public parking nearby. Car essential.

Good to know
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €25/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
- Please bring your own towels and sheets, or you can hire them from the Praz-sur-Arly laundry.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Merci pour votre accueil. Très belle expérience.
Une petite remarque: dans la salle de bain le sèche serviette ne fonctionne pas. Et pendant notre séjour décembre 2025 la piscine était fermé, sauf de dernièr jour de notre départ mais l’eau était très froide. Les deux seules bémols à revoir. Sinon trés bien.

La terrasse était vraiment dans un sale état!
Sur l’annonce nous avions pris car piscine et jacuzzi, il y’avait certes une piscine top mais pas du tout de jacuzzi donc très déçu
