Das Haus steht etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums und weg vom Strand- zu Fuss doch eher weit.
Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung per Auto.
Wohnzimmer/Esstisch drin klein.
Netter Garten.
Oben hat es 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und ein sep. WC. Die Toilette ist aber nur durch das 1 Schlafzimmer erreichbar, 2.WC hat' unten.

La maison est bien située, dans une résidence tranquille ; elle est propre et contient le nécessaire.
Petit bémol : la salle d'eau est exigue. La lumière provient du plafond donc c'est difficile pour se maquiller ou pour se raser !
L'escalier est raide donc plus dur d'accès pour les personnes handicapées ou séniors
