Relax in one of the most beautiful locations on the Costa Smeralda! This charming apartment, for 6 people, is part of an exclusive residence with 2 swimming pools, surrounded by greenery and sea, just 5 minutes from the edge of Porto Rotondo.
The first-floor apartment enjoys panoramic, uninterrupted views from the shaded veranda over the Gulf of Marinella.
The veranda is furnished with a dining table and chairs so guests can enjoy meals al fresco, or simply just relax, and take in their stunning surroundings.
The thoughtfully built resort has plots equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, showers and ladders leading down to the sea. It is ideal for people who want to escape from everyday life. Sliding glass doors lead from the balcony into the double-height living area which has traditionally beamed ceilings and tiled floors.
There is a corner sofa and a fold-down dining table.
The kitchen is separated from the main living area by a small breakfast bar and is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Attractive wooden stairs lead from the living area up to a mezzanine bedroom. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is tucked under the eaves on the mezzanine.
It is furnished with a double bed and drawers.
There is an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: On the first floor, this cosy bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a large wardrobe. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: On the first floor, this bathroom has a shower, bidet, basin, WC and washing machine Bathroom 2: This en suite mezzanine bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. There are several stunning beaches within walking distance, including the famous Spiaggia Punta Volpe (6 minutes walk) and Spiaggia Hruska (7 minutes walk) In the summer months, Porto Rotondo’s marina (20-minute walk) is home to some of the most expensive yachts in the world.
An evening stroll around the port offers a glimpse of the international jet set. From June to August the town hosts “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning. After a day by the sea visitors are spoiled for choice with the many excellent restaurants in the town.
For self-catering there are supermarkets and smaller shops close by. Alternatively, in Olbia, you can explore vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week.
The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (25-minute drive) Olbia airport is just a 30-minute drive.

Very disappointed with accommodation. Very difficult to locate actual apartment upon arrival and the manager would only send us the same video. The key broke in the door, power continued to shut off, washer did not work. The bunkbed did not have a railing so we had to move the mattress on the floor. Broken fans in the unit therefore it was very hot. The location and outside facility was perfect.
