The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 110 m² house for rent in the town of Hennebont, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 250 m².

- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) with dressing room - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a queen-size bed (140x190) with dressing room and office area. Access to the sleeping area is via a staircase located inside this same bedroom
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed
- You can enjoy air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
Outdoors
- A beautiful 250 m² south-facing garden including a seating area under the carport, an outdoor dining area, three sun loungers for relaxing, a large sheltered barbecue for outdoor meals, and a slide for the little ones to enjoy. - A 37 m² terrace
A secure shed with a padlock is available for storing your bicycles (bicycle rack) and/or roof box, etc.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha grill, barbecue, washing machine, travel cot, ironing board and iron.

- Hiking and cycling: Explore the hiking trails and cycle paths along the Blavet and through the countryside. - Canoeing and kayaking: Explore the Blavet River by canoe or kayak for a picturesque experience. - Horse riding: Equestrian centres offer lessons and horse riding.

- Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. Bed linen and towels included. Free Wi-Fi available, very good speed suitable for remote working
- Pets are allowed, but with a supplement of £15/stay. Cats and dogs of all sizes are accepted. We are unable to filter the type of animal. One animal per stay is accepted by default.

We loved this property, we felt very at home here. We were unsure when we read some of the reviews the different levels of the property were mentioned. We did not find this a problem at all. Underfloor heating, very cosy. A garden for the dog. A comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again.

logement refait à neuf, spacieux , propre, très belle décoration, bien équipé. quartier très calme mais un peu éloigné du centre ville pour les piétons.
Petit jardin super agréable.
