- LIVABLE KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, dining table, 32" TV and small overlook;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small view;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;

- SMALL VIEWS/BALCONIES.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: split heating and air conditioning (ONLY in the living room), centralized fan, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Guests' access

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows
