As a small but charming private guesthouse, we warmly invite you to be our guest.
We are delighted to offer you a quiet temporary home where you can relax and unwind in the setting sun after an eventful day of vacation. Our house is situated in a quiet and sunny hillside location between a small wood, a cow pasture, and the town's eco-spa park – right on the outskirts of Sonthofen. Apart from our street with a few neighboring houses, there is only forest, meadows, and ponds here.
Directly behind the forest, after a 5-minute walk, you will find a magnificent mountain panorama and direct access to the hiking trails of the Allgäu mountains.
The nearest mountains are the Sonnenköpfe and are wonderfully accessible on foot. The town is also not far away.
After about a 10-minute walk, you will be in the middle of the pedestrian zone, and after just a 5-minute walk, you will reach the nearest restaurant. We have two comfortably furnished double rooms and two newly built apartments for you to choose from. Our double rooms, Dani and Vroni, each have an area of approximately 15 m² and, in addition, their own bathroom with a shower and toilet (between 5 and 9 m²), which is accessible via the communal hallway. Our apartment Evi is designed for two to four people and covers approximately 25 m² (attic slopes have already been deducted, base area 31 m²). For stays of three or more people, an extra bedroom of 10 m² is also available (attic slopes have already been deducted, base area 15 m²). A private kitchenette is integrated into the living/sleeping area.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is located within the apartment. Our apartment Zilli is designed for 2 people and covers approx. 30 m². In the hallway area, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette and a dressing area with a wardrobe.
From the hallway, one side leads to the living/bedroom with a dining area, and the other side leads to the bathroom with shower/toilet. We have newly renovated our rooms for you in 2020/21. We serve our extensive breakfast buffet in our communal breakfast and lounge room, which includes a fully equipped kitchenette.
You are also welcome to cook something here and prepare your own breakfast if you book your accommodation without breakfast. So that you can relax in the fresh air, Zilli, Dani, and Vroni have direct access to the west-facing terrace with a view of the Mittag mountain, our large garden, and the green eco-spa park.
Here you can perfectly round off your day in the setting sun. From Evi, you can go around the house to your own private terrace area. We also have a home for your vehicle.
A spacious private parking lot directly in front of the house offers enough space for your car, motorcycle, or other vehicle.
Your bicycles, skis, or sleds will find space in our spacious garage. We look forward to welcoming you as our guest!
