The accommodation comprises - A bright 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and balcony access - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), large wardrobe and access to terrace - A bathroom with bath and WC Outside: - A 6m² terrace, facing south-east, with lighting, table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather - A patio shared by the whole property The flat is ideally located in Antibes Juan-les-Pins, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment.
Just 5 minutes' walk from the Gould pine forest, this flat is in a lively area all year round, with many local shops: a bakery ideal for croissants and hot bread for breakfast, a butcher's, delicatessen and delicatessen offering excellent prepared dishes, numerous boutiques, the restaurants of Juan-les-Pins and Old Antibes, several supermarkets...
