Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Binic-Étables-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 120 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 600 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
First floor
- A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) and sofa.
- A dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC

- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with single bed
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed and a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- 600 m² enclosed garden
- A 35 m² terrace with furniture and a barbecue. It is also equipped with an awning.
The house is ideally located in Binic-Étables-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close at hand. The sea is less than 5 minutes away by car or bike.

- Horse riding
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (possibility of parking 3 cars).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Brieuc train station, about 20 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport, about 1h20min by car
- Bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the house
