A cosy villa facing the ocean, situated in a fishing village, Punta Mujeres, on the northwest coast of the island of Lanzarote. Surrounded by volcanic rock and ocean, this property, characterised by its marvellous seafront location, has all the ideal characteristics for a holiday away from the tourist areas, in a unique and exclusive setting, where tranquillity and nature are present day and night.

With a heated swimming pool all year round, equipped terrace and barbecue area, in ROCAMAR you will find your ideal home to enjoy what you deserve most: a good rest by the sea.



It has a private entrance with steps, garden terrace area around the whole house.


The house has 3 floors connected by stairs.



On the first floor there is a dining-living room with an open plan kitchen, fully renovated and well equipped with: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle for tea, enough kitchenware to provide you with everything you need.

You will receive a welcome pack with the basics to make your arrival easy: water, juice, soft drinks, biscuits, chips, olives, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and sugar, bathroom essentials and washing up liquid.

On the same floor, you have a bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the living room you can see the sea and access to the terrace where you have outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals looking at the sea. There is also a mobile barbecue and access to the swimming pool and direct access to the promenade and/or the sea.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a balcony connecting both bedrooms. An exquisite corner for moments of reading and relaxation with incredible views of the ocean. On this floor you have the second full bathroom.



On the lower floor, there is a bedroom for youngsters or children, with a play area. Excellent place for the youngest members of the family to enjoy and play safely. You will also find a beach fridge and umbrella, as well as some items for the youngest members of the family.



The whole house is outside, which means that natural light completely envelops any of the rooms.


We provide you with shower towels, beach towels and bed linen suitable for the season.



Near the house you will find a bar-cafeteria, supermarket, natural swimming pools and a wonderful walk along the sea along the village of Punta Mujeres and to the village of Arrieta, where you can enjoy a volcanic sand beach. In this northern area, you have access to places to visit such as, Jameos del Agua, La Cueva de Los Verdes, El Mirador del Rio, El Jardin del Cactus, La Corona Volcano, Caleton Blanco or take the ferry to the island of La Graciosa.
