Rocamar, Sun and Sea
A cozy oceanfront villa, situated in a fishing village, Punta Mujeres, on the northwest coast of the island of Lanzarote.
Surrounded by volcanic rock and the ocean, this property, characterized by its wonderful beachfront location, offers all the ideal features for a vacation away from tourist areas, in a unique and exclusive landscape where tranquility and nature are present day and night. With a heated pool all year round, an equipped terrace, and a barbecue area, at ROCAMAR you will find your ideal home to enjoy what you deserve most: a good rest by the sea. It has a private entrance with steps, and a terraced garden area around the entire house. The house has 3 floors connected by stairs. On the first floor, there is a living-dining room with a fully renovated and well-equipped open-plan kitchen with: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and sufficient utensils to provide you with everything you need. We will welcome you with a welcome pack that includes the basics to make your arrival easy: water, juice, soft drinks, cookies, chips, olives, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar, basic bathroom and cleaning supplies. On this same floor, you have a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine.
From the living room, you will have sea views and access to the terrace where you will find outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals overlooking the sea. You also have a mobile barbecue and access to the pool and direct exit to the promenade and/or the sea. On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms with a balcony connecting both bedrooms.
An exquisite corner for reading and relaxation moments with incredible ocean views.
On this floor, you have the second full bathroom. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom for teenagers or children, with a play area.
An excellent place for the youngest members of the family to enjoy and play safely.
You will also find a beach cooler and umbrella, as well as some items for the youngest members of the family. The entire house faces outwards, allowing natural light to completely envelop any of the rooms. We provide you with shower towels, beach towels, and bed linen suitable for the season. Near the house, you will find a bar-café, a supermarket, natural pools, and a wonderful seaside promenade through the village of Punta Mujeres and on to the village of Arrieta, where you can enjoy a volcanic sand beach.
In this northern area, you have access to places to visit such as Jameos del Agua, La Cueva de Los Verdes, El Mirador del Río, El Jardín del Cactus, the Corona Volcano, Caletón Blanco, or you can take the ferry to the island of La Graciosa. Don't miss out on enjoying this cozy beachfront villa! We look forward to welcoming you to ROCAMAR.

Excellent communication throughout. Superb villa clean comfortable and spacious. We had an issue with building works outside the property which was dealt with by a move to a more superior property. This was done professionally and quickly. Will definitely look to book through this excellent company again.

Une très belle maison les pieds dans l'océan avec piscine et parking. La maison est très propre, bien entretenue. Très bien équipée, rien ne manquait. Nous y avons passé un magnifique séjour.
