The house accommodates up to 4 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, outdoor shower, electric oven, dishwasher, satellite decoder, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.
There is a private parking with no additional cost only 50 meters away from the house.

It consists of a living room with open kitchen, dining area, access to the balcony; 1 double bedroom with access to the balcony with view on the sea, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The air conditioning is in the corridor of the sleeping area.

The apartment is in the city centre and it`s within walking distance from the beach and the main town services of this tourist seaside location. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 20 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Spiral stairs to climb.
