Location: Châtel. Very good, sunny position in the Petit-Châtel district. Beautiful view of Châtel, the pistes and the Abondance valley. Chair lift 350 m. Ski bus 200 m. Centre of the resort 1.5 km.
House: Very beautiful comfort chalet with sauna and whirlpool. Spacious 7-room house with 240 square metres of living space over three floors. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms! Tasteful furnishings, cosy chalet ambience with beautiful wood panelling. Modern comfort equipment: Internet access via W-Lan, pellet stove, all bathrooms with hairdryer, towel warmer. Washing machine, tumble dryer. Ski room with boot dryers. Underfloor heating. Hot water via 600 litre electric boiler. Large covered balcony with seating furniture, beautiful mountain view. Car port for 1 car, additional car parking spaces at the house. Charging station for electric cars.
