Welcome to the L'Auriac residence
Your 30 m² studio in La Foux D’Allos for 4 people consists of:
- Charming living room with sofa bed (1x2 persons, 140x200) and television;
- Small balcony with mountain view;
- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, induction hob, NESPRESSO pod coffee maker, raclette/fondue set, dishes and kitchen utensils);
- Cabin: bunk beds (2x1 person) x2
- A bathroom with shower, towel rail, hairdryer, and toilet;
- The accommodation has board games and a ski locker;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;
- Private and free outdoor parking.
FOR MOUNTAIN DESTINATIONS:
The L'Auriac residence is ideally located:
- 450 meters from the ski slopes;
- 1 km from equipment rental shops;
- 1 km from small shops;
Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €70
- Linen pack: €16 per bed
- Towel pack: €12 per person
A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.

Das Apartment war genau das, was wir nach einem langen Tag auf der Piste brauchten. Es ist bequem und hat eine ordentliche Küche für Mahlzeiten. Der Garten war auch schön, perfekt zum Draußensitzen bei gutem Wetter. Das Parken war einfach, was insgesamt vieles einfacher machte.

Komfort ist der Schlüssel beim Reisen, und diese Wohnung hat das gut erfüllt. Der beheizte Gemeinschaftspool war großartig nach langen Tagen des Erkundens, und die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen war eine echte Erleichterung. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass sie meine Bedürfnisse ohne viel Aufhebens erfüllt hat.

Impressed by how well the studio utilized space. It felt comfortable despite being compact, which is hard to find these days. The kitchen area was fully equipped and cooking felt almost like home! What stood out most was the stunning view from the balcony,it added so much charm to our mornings.
