In the south-west of France, in the heart of a pine forest, about twenty minutes from Agen and halfway between Toulouse and Bordeaux, the Domaine du Lac de Goulens with its communal swimming pool and chalet awaits you for a relaxing, authentic and rejuvenating holiday.


We offer you a charming 20m² wooden chalet, ideal for family holidays and able to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children.


You will be enchanted by its terrace with garden furniture and relaxation area, as well as the communal swimming pool and lake just a hundred metres away.

If you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature, this chalet is the ideal place to relax in the countryside on a beautiful estate which has around thirty chalets. The owner will be delighted to welcome you to this unique little corner of paradise in the Lot-et-Garonne department.



It comprises a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (clic-clac) for two adults, a television (no Wi-Fi) and a low mezzanine with three single beds. Please note that the mezzanine is very low, more suitable for children than adults (see photo).

- No WIFI, 4G connection


On-site: Shared swimming pools (one small and one large) open from 10am to 8pm in season, unsupervised but fenced.

Access to lake, children's play area, entertainment according to programme.


Information for your arrival
- Electricity consumed in addition (fixed price of 8KWH per day i.e. 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid for on site in addition after the meters have been read (according to the price per KWH indicated on the bill).

- A deposit of €250 is payable to the owner on arrival.

- Sheets (unmade beds): €10 per pair.

- Household linen and towels: included in the price, provided free of charge.

- Compulsory cleaning charge at the end of your stay: €30.
