Welcome to our luxury Villa Del Pescador, just 15 minutes walk from the Del Pescador beach and located in the bustling Spanish village Santiago de la Ribera. On a 1 minute walk you will find an outside playground where your kids can play. This property features three bedrooms. Two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. There are three bathrooms. Enjoy relaxation and privacy in your own swimming pool and make unforgettable memories on the private roof terrace with a cozy sitting area, BBQ and outdoor kitchen.

Within this villa all rooms are available for our guests. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom offers spacious closets for clothes and personal belongings.
The villa has a spacious living room and a TV. The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and other essentials.
One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony and there is access to a beautiful roof terrace with seating and a BBQ for cozy evenings.
Outside you will find a spacious garden with its own private swimming pool and a lovely seating and dining area. Guests can park free in the streets.
Check in
Our host will meet the guest on location.
We will contact our guests no later then 24 hours upon arrival to coordinate your check in through Whatsapp. Our host will meet the guest at the rental between 16:00 and 22:00, depending on the agreed time to check in. Upon request and availability it might be possible to have a late check in against an additional fee.
