Comfortable south facing flat very close to Patacona beach, for up to 4 people, is the perfect combination of beach and city-break. Easy access to public transport. Its functional design, as well as its pleasant terrace, swimming pool, children's playground and sports area will make your stay a relaxing and fun experience for the whole family.



The 76 m2 flat has the following spaces
- Cosy living-dining room with sofa, TV-HD and direct access to the terrace.

- Independent kitchen with outdoor gallery and fully equipped (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle...).

- South facing terrace, where you can enjoy a dining area with 4 chairs.

- Master bedroom with a double bed of 180x200 cm, large wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.

- Second double bedroom for single use equipped with two 90x190cm beds, wardrobe and TV-HD.

- Bathroom with bathtub and large washbasin.



- Bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Nespresso capsules and 1 1l mineral water (no refills).

The Patacona beach, Alboraya is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season as well as in the winter. Within 100 metres of the flat there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, sunbeds on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez ...

- Respect rest hours, from 22:00h to 10:00h.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. The timetable for depositing rubbish will be from Monday to Sunday (organic rubbish from 19:00 to 21:00). It must always be done in closed bags and will not be deposited outside the container.
