In the heart of the Berry countryside and the surrounding department, this central location offers a wealth of nature, culture, and sports activities. The Brenne Regional Natural Park, the Creuse Valley, the George Sand region, Châteauroux, and the CNTS (National Centre for Tourism and Sport) are all within a 30 km radius. Advantages: a peaceful setting, a private garden, and spacious rooms. A private pond is available to guests, not far from the cottage, for fishing or relaxing. The living area can be adapted for a meeting or training room, accommodating approximately 10 to 12 people per day.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchen, a lounge, a dining room, a shower room, two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a toilet, and a garage with parking space for one car. Outside, a private, unfenced garden with a dining area and a relaxing area with a barbecue. We offer an additional breakfast package, which must be reserved 48 hours in advance: two pastries of your choice (croissant/pain chocolat), orange juice, and a hot drink (tea or coffee) for €4 per person. The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linens for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.

If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts). Property managed by a professional.
