Its location is ideal for a holiday with your feet practically in the water! From the entrance, the living area offers a welcoming space to relax after a day outside.
The lounge and dining area open onto a balcony with sea views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet moment watching the horizon. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals, keeping the holiday spirit simple and easy, with a four-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Downstairs, the sleeping area features two bedrooms: one with two single beds (80 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm). A bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, along with a separate toilet, complete this level. You also have access to a private garage, No. 22. SIMPLE COMFORT – SEA VIEW – TERRACE FURNITURE – PRIVATE GARAGE NO. 22 – PETS ALLOWED To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest: * A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.
