It measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living area with a sofa and TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, hob, washing machine… - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet (shower gel and shampoo provided) Outdoors: - A 5m × 11m swimming pool, shared with the owners (unheated) and open from 1 April to 1 October.

Secured by an alarm system - A private terrace of approximately 20 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A shared open garden of 500 m² - A 500 m² paddock with an electric fence, home to the owners’ donkey, two cats and a dog The flat is ideally situated in Puget-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Hiking or mountain biking - Horse riding - Wine tours - Golf - Saint-Tropez: 45 mins away - Cannes: 30 mins away - The Corniche d’Or and Calanques route: 30 mins away - Monaco: 1 hour away - Gorges du Verdon: 1 hour 20 mins away - Roc Azur in October: 30 mins away - Tourist guides with maps and activity suggestions are available in the accommodation Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, absolute Wohlfühlatmosphärein der Wohnung, am Pool und auf der Terrasse! Sehr ruhig, freundliche, hilfsbereite und diskrete Vermieterin.
Eine Spülmaschine wäre das i-Tüpfelchen :-)

Wij verbleven 14 dagen in deze airbnb. Ontzettend genoten, echt een aanrader en wellicht komen wij wel een keertje terug.

Wij hebben hier hele fijne weken gehad. Mooi en ruim appartement en bovendien erg schoon bij aankomst. Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Met de auto kun je zelf de drukte opzoeken.
Je hebt je eigen terras aan het zwembad en kijkt uit op het bos. Je krijgt er gratis gezelligheid bij in de vorm va...
Koken is qua ruimte (en hoogte van de keuken) best een uitdaging.
