Housekeeping: A housekeeping service is provided at the end of your stay (excluding the kitchenette and dishes).
Towels: Each person is provided with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath mat per accommodation unit.
Bed Linen: Bed linen includes a fitted or flat sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases.

Paid Parking: Covered parking with 18 spaces at the residence (subject to availability and fees).
Pets: Pets are welcome with a pet passport. Only one pet per room (up to 25 kg). Category 1 or 2 dogs are not accepted, and pets are not allowed in restaurants or pools (guide dogs only). Pets must always be kept on a lead. Pet-friendly accommodation follows a special cleaning protocol to prevent allergies for future guests.
Baby Kit: Book a baby kit which includes a travel cot with fitted sheet, changing mat, pushchair (6 months+), and high chair (6 months+).
Cleaning Kit: A cleaning kit, including multi-purpose cleaner, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge, and dishcloth, is available for purchase at reception.
