End the day on the balcony, with a view of the lake and the garden, or in winter with a glass of wine in your cozy apartment and enjoy the panoramic view of pure nature. Lage direkt am See, Bushaltestelle, Gastronomie und ein kleiner Laden nur ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt.
Parkplatz direkt am Haus, für 2 PKW i.O. an 3 Stück wird es schon etwas eng.
Der Eingangsbereich sowie das Treppenhaus wurden scheinbar schön längere Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt, in der Wohnung, waren ein paar Spinnenweben, die Eingangstür hat beim öffnen gequietscht (hier mußte ich als Gast mit etwas Schmiermittel Abhilfe schaffen). Das Sofa sowie die Stühle sollten dringend ...
