La situation, la facilité pour se garer, pour se rendre au centre ville. L'appartement est très bien orienté et au calme.
Le canapé n'est pas confortable,
Les portes de placard se ferment un peu trop bruyamment.

Al ser un piso alto, el tejado hace una forma que reduce el espacio de las habitaciones y es más incómodo moverse por ellas.
