Security deposit / Deposit payment
To facilitate your arrival, and in accordance with our partner's instructions, you are required to pay your security deposit online. This must be made approximately 10 days before the start of your stay, via the SWIKLY partner's platform, to the value of €200. This deposit is made by a simple credit card imprint and is not debited from your account. The system is completely secure, easy to use and does not affect your bank account limit.
This deposit will be cancelled by the campsite within 20 days of your departure, provided that the accommodation is left clean and after deduction of any compensation for damage, unpaid services or loss of keys given to you on arrival.
This online deposit is easy to use and allows you to check in quickly on the day of your arrival, so you don't have to wait too long at reception for the keys to be handed over.
What should I do if I'm arriving late? Call the campsite directly during reception opening hours to let them know. A map will be displayed on the reception entrance door with your name and pitch number. You will be able to access your accommodation, which will be opened with the key and magnetic badge inside to open the gate.
Important reminder:
- When booking your holiday, you must provide the full names and dates of birth of all the participants in your holiday, as well as a mobile phone number, e-mail address and vehicle registration number. The exchange voucher must indicate the number of people expected to take part, which must be within the capacity of the mobile home (including babies and children). The number and identity of participants may not be changed between the elements of the exchange voucher and the people arriving at the campsite reception on the day of arrival. If this is not the case, the campsite may refuse you access without any possible compensation. It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the mobile-home pitch, either for the people initially booked or to accommodate any additional people. Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be accepted.
- Seasonal fees and the security deposit must be paid directly to the campsite in advance: seasonal fees by credit card, and the security deposit via the Swikly online system (in accordance with the procedures previously communicated). Other taxes inherent to certain campsites and not specified below may be requested locally.
- Cleaning to be carried out by you (or with an optional supplement if the service is available on site).
- Please read the campsite rules on arrival and ensure that they are complied with during your stay.
- We would remind you that, for fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to connect an electric car to the mobile home's power supply.
- The campsite applies the official sanitary rules in force in accordance with government decisions made during your stay.
