What should I do if I'm arriving late? Call the campsite directly during reception opening hours to let them know. The exchange voucher must indicate the number of people expected to stay, which must be within the capacity of the mobile home (including babies and children).

The number and identity of participants may not be changed between the elements of the exchange voucher and the people arriving at the campsite reception on the day of arrival.

If this is not the case, the campsite may refuse you access without any possible compensation.

It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the mobile-home pitch, either for the people initially booked or to accommodate any additional people.
