With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is the perfect space for 4 to 6 people

Two ski lifts and three downhill runs (blue, red, and black) take you directly to the town. These runs are part of Schladming's famous 4-Berge ski slopes, where you can ski endlessly. In summer, the area offers breathtaking hiking and cycling routes. Schladming is a true paradise with mountain lakes, a thousand springs, and waterfalls. Each flat has its own parking space, and for additional vehicles, parking spaces are available at the Billa or ski lift. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
