The flat is located in the Villa "Tizian" in Sassnitz, a newly built town villa according to old plans in a very beautiful, quiet and green suburban location. The villa in Johanniskirchstraße is situated on a slight slope right on the edge of the Jasmund National Park. You have the beech forest right on your doorstep. Nevertheless, the property is located opposite the town hall, close to the centre; the old town is just a few metres away, as are the church and the zoo. The beach promenade, Sassnitz harbour and the town centre are also just a few minutes' walk away. There is a lift in the house.

The holiday flat 5 in the Villa "Tizian" is a 2-room flat for a maximum of 2 people with a balcony. The 48 m² living space includes a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a cosy sofa corner and flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table are integrated into the living area. Next to the kitchen there is a small storage room with a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and of course a toilet.

Unfortunately, the flat does not have a car parking space. We therefore recommend that you use the multi-storey car park in Hafenstraße.
