The accommodation is located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence, you can reach Florence Central Station by tram or bus, from which you can take the bus to Siena, with a stop a few minutes walk from the property.


- Siena Station is 3.1 km from the apartment. The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by taxi (14 minutes); alternatively, you can take the bus that leaves every 5 minutes from the station and reaches the city center in 5 minutes.

The station is a 30-minute walk from the property.


- If you are travelling by car, please note that the accommodation is located in the ZTL area of the city - you must have a permit to access it. However you can park for a fee at "Il Campo", in Via di Fontanella, just 9 minutes walk from the property.
