Next to a working dairy farm, this 12-person apartment with a private driveway is situated on the edge of the forest and the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The holiday home is close to the village center, with a miniature golf course with trampolines, a restaurant, and several shops within walking distance. For added convenience, e-scooters are available for rent on the same property. The holiday home area is beautiful. Visit Huis Doorn, the National Tree Museum, the Kaapse Bossen forests, or, of course, the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. Enjoy canoeing along beautiful routes lined with estates and castles in Langbroek, or cycle one of the well-known mountain bike routes or cycling junctions.
The living room features a lovely seating area with a corner sofa, television, internet, and central heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large oven, gas stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, and cooker. The house has two refrigerators, one with a freezer compartment. There is also a large dining table and a bar table. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, three separate toilets, a urinal, and two bathrooms. One bathroom has two showers, each with a handheld shower and a ceiling shower, a sink, and a mirror. The other bathroom has a shower with a handheld shower, a ceiling shower, and a sink with a mirror. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed; two of these bedrooms can accommodate a single fold-away bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a toilet on this floor. Outside, there is a lovely terrace with a large picnic table, patio bench, chairs, a parasol, an outdoor spa, and a barbecue. There is also a covered bicycle shed and parking for at least seven cars at the house.

• Student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed.
• The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 24 years.
• If your departure day is on a Sunday, you can check out till 16:00
• The house has a charging station for electric cars. You can charge your electric car with most common charging cards.
• There is a surcharge for using the outdoor spa. Interim cleaning is available for a fee of €50.
• Use of the outdoor spa cannot be guaranteed in case of night frost; if this is the case, the surcharge will be deducted.
• Wood for the barbecue can be obtained from the owner for a fee.
• A pleasant atmosphere is part of a holiday stay, but group parties or similar events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the surroundings.

Doorn is located next to the National Park De Utrechtse Heuvelrug which features a variety of landscapes and animals. The forests and estates are ideal for hikers, also for cyclists there are numerous beautiful routes. For example, take the castle route that leads you through the woods from castle to castle or bike to the cozy day recreation area Henschotermeer. Also be sure to visit the picturesque fortified town of Wijk bij Duurstede. The Aviation Museum in Soesterberg and Utrecht's Dom Tower are also definitely worth a visit. You can go shopping in the nearby towns of Veenendaal, Amersfoort or Zeist, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal. So plenty to do for a nice stay!

Het huis was prachtig en gelegen op een mooie locatie. Het was erg netjes en schoon. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk. Echt een prachtig huisje!
De deuren van de toiletten konden helaas van de buitenkant alsnog open worden gemaakt. Verder was echt alles top!

De trap kraakte erg en had korte trede waardoor je de achterkant van je voeten bezeerde tijdens het naar beneden lopen.
